Hello Dear Friends, Avid Readers and Patriots. It's raining today where we live way U.P. in Northern Michigan, USA.    And when we got up 'early' to keep a VA appointment, the VA staff girl at the window 'front gate' tried to tell us that we did NOT have an appointment...lol, and this does happen more often than people think!   What Veteran likes to play "mind games" or put up/ tolerate stupid people who are suppose to PAY ATTENTION to their JOBS instead of 'visit/ and chatter with their next door/ window-- girl friends?    From time to time I like to take an informal census from my combat Veteran friends and I usually get the same reply... 'that most VA reps and staff couldn't find their glutinous maximus [ass] if they used both hands!'    So... that's why I always demand / ask my wife to listen along when the VA calls me on my cell phone, so that they can't play any flim-flam BS or lie to me, and that has happened many times in my...

Getting Rid of Fear.

Hello Friends and Readers,    Without tipping my hand or blurting out the wrong words,  I must admit that some facets of the 'China-Covid Virus' were scary for me because I am older with a few health concerns.  Heck, I know that I will die someday and perhaps sooner than later.  Biblical Christians who are diligent in their studies are promised a place in Heaven as Jesus promised in John, Chapter 12, verses 24, 25, etc.  Vs. 25, "He that loveth his life shall lose it:  and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal."  Well, if we have the Holy Spirit in us [as we should] our understanding should then be mature enough to dismiss our fear of death.  So, John 14: 1 says,  "Let not your heart be troubled:   Ye believe in God, believe also in me." [Jesus speaking].  This is repeated in verse 27, and vs: 26 talks about the 'Comforter' -- the Holy Spirit.   Perhaps half of the people in the US...

Good Day, Friends, As I pointed out in a post ago, the lesson of how a loving Almighty God 'had to' keep Adam so busy to just stay alive working hard all day long just to dig out some vegetation to eat... and mankind didn't have permission to eat meat until after the Flood of Noah's time, at Genesis 6: 3.   But a side point...even with the hardship of digging in the dirt all day to find and grow food, the Father made clothes and shoes out of leather that NEVER WORE OUT!  He did the same for the rebellious Israelites who were forced to roam in the wilderness for 40 years, and even supplied them with Mana to eat.  So, the God we Christians worship is not mean or hateful --- but Yahweh is a Fatherly God of Love who even sacrificed His only Son for us!  But all you will see on TV is the 'Easter Bunny' and loads of food and toys, again.  More lies and deceptions.
