  Hello Friends and Readers, I am happy to present a 'gift' that honestly helps me every day,  Witch Hazel!   I also use it to clean my CPAP face mask component every night, and clean my skin when it gets super greasy and oily at certain times of the year.  Just like Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive oil, and other natural items, I would rather use the natural products before nasty chemicals... and who really trusts the 'Establishment', Big Pharma, or the Gov't right now? Have a great day.  One of the Combat Army Aviation mottos that I noticed over in Vietnam was:   " Men by Chance,  Soldiers by Choice,  Killers by Profession."    Maybe this sounds too macho or bold,  but we had to maintain a constant state of alert, and ready to fly in Huey Helicopters at any time, but usually early morning before sun up.    Ha!  We wish that we had Witch Hazel over in RVN [Vietnam] and then our skin would been much better. North where I live in the Summer time!  And I highly suggest that we ALL plant veggie gardens this year!   Lori is out getting a bad tooth extracted, after waiting a long time for an opening.  I hope that she is in a 'good mood' when she comes home...lol. Friends,  we owe it to ourselves and our beloved families to do diligent research NOW to make sure our Gov't and Medical Research people are telling us the 'Bible kind of truth,' especially about the China-virus and most other things that have to do with our health in 2021, also in our U.S. Constitution, please.   And when I think of an old organization that I also identify with, the Army/ Military people, and how our Gov't loves to use them as Guinea  pigs
